Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This helps us review the issue quickly and resolve it as soon as possible.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We accept returns on most items, provided they are:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In their original packaging

  • Returned with proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or customer-damaged items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made items (if applicable)

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn/unused

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
